ACCOUNT

You cannot edit the mobile or email of your billing account as these details are captured as mandatory details and mapped to your account. However, if you want to add a different mobile number to show it for shipping purpose, you can edit the same under “DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS” which will become your Shipping address.

PAYMENT

At Cumincart every transaction done is safe and secure. We use Swirepay payment gateway to process your payment and we never store sensitive information like CVV numbers, PINs etc.

This generally happens due to an issue from your bank’s end where the funds are held up. In case of any payment failures and charges incurred, a refund will be automatically routed through the payment gateway and will be credited to the source account in 3-4 business days.

ORDERS

Yes, you can track your order status under My Account -> My Order -> Order number -> Status.

There is no option to cancel the order online. But if you want to still cancel the order it be can be done before dispatch, you can reach us on Chat or email us at cumincartonline@gmail.com and we will cancel the order and have the amount refunded to your source of payment within 7 business days. NO cancellation permitted if the order is dispatched.
